One thing worth planning ahead for is your electrical setup. Premium buyers often want to run power to their greenhouse for a heater, propagation mat or lighting, and the advice from the Rhino community is clear: sort out your electrics before or during the build, not after. If your garage or house is within about 10 feet, a qualified electrician can run a buried SWA cable relatively simply.
